Sally is very responsive and will always try to adapt with our designs. She is also a very good coordinator and is a good listener. Although they dont have a personal ID, Sally herself is experienced and gives good suggestions based on our demand. Overall, we are satisfied with their service.

Before I reached out to Sin Siang Huat, I had been unsuccessful in engaging a renovation contractor due to tight budget and I only wanted to do some simple renovation such as painting the rooms, installing a shoe cabinet, etc. As the project coordinator, Sally is responsive and usually responded to my enquiries on the same day. However, I noticed that she will only respond back if she has the answers to my questions. Also, try communicating with her in Mandarin as she speaks little English. Mr Sim, who is Sally’s husband, is very friendly, and very detailed in his work. Unlike the previous contractors I have worked with, Sally and Mr Sim do not force their ideas on you. So do not hesitate to make any suggestions regarding the renovation process. I don’t think they have any ID in their team, but you can always show them the photos of your preferred designs and they will make them for you. Overall, I am quite pleased with their services, and it was a pleasant experience.

In my home, Sin Siang installed a new kitchen. He put in a full day's worth of effort, and the task was completed to a good standard. He is dependable, kind, and easy to work with. He also communicates clearly. He has my highest endorsement!

Engaged Sally and Uncle sim multiple times during the course of our house’s renovation for rewiring, wire conceal, boxed up gas pipe. Despite the language barrier, they do not compromise the quality of work. Always come within the stipulated timing, responsive, reasonable price.
