WHY SIN SIANG HUAT
Renovation work in an HDB flat must be carried out by a contractor on HDB’s Registered Renovation Contractor (RRC) list. Sin Siang Huat Renovation is a registered HDB renovation contractor, officially registered since 2007, led by a team with over 40 years of hands-on trade experience.
Unlike many renovation contractors, we also carry our own EMA Licensed Electrical Worker credentials (Licence No. 7/074970) — so your rewiring and electrical work stay with the same in-house team, instead of being outsourced to a separate subcontractor.

WHAT TO KNOW
Noisy works — hacking, drilling, tile cutting, removing wall or floor finishes — are allowed only 9am–5pm on weekdays. Never on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
We schedule all noisy works inside these hours, so you won’t get complaints from neighbours.
Neighbours must be notified before works start.
We put up the renovation notice and inform the surrounding units for you.
Hacking, rewiring and new water or gas points need an HDB permit first.
We apply for and manage the permit on your behalf.
Electrical works must be done by an EMA-licensed worker.
Our electrical works are done in-house under our own EMA licence — no outsourcing.

It is not easy to find a contractor you can truly trust, especially after speaking to so many who still couldn't deliver what I was looking for. I feel very grateful that I found this company. A very special thank you to Sally and Mr Sim. From the very beginning, she patiently listened to what I wanted, coordinated everything so well, and made the entire process completely stress-free. She gave me confidence every step of the way, and everything was completed exactly as promised. I was genuinely amazed that the drywall installation was completed within just one day, and the painting was finished according to the timeline Sally shared. The team was professional, meticulous, and took great care of my home by covering the floors before they started work. Sally even helped me choose the paint colour for my door panels, and the final result is simply beautiful. What touched me most was not just the quality of the workmanship, but the care, honesty, and dedication shown by everyone involved. It's rare to find a team that delivers exactly what they promise while making the whole experience so smooth and worry-free. Thank you, Sally and the entire team, for bringing my vision to life. I truly appreciate all the hard work, and I would wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent service.Posted on Google![]()

It was by chance that I got to know Sin Siang Huat. I had a water leak behind a false wall in my bathroom and was desperate to find someone to fix the leak. When Sally, the manager came, she very quickly organize her worker to get to the source of the leak. Within 3 hours, the source of the leak was located by her plumber and very quickly had the leaking pipe repaired. She came back within the agreed date to replace the bathroom tiles and return everything to its original state. Again within half a day of work. The tiler was also very professional and his workmanship was also excellent. On top of that she also attended to other minor problems in the house, such as repair the roller curtains mount and change a sensor switch for me at minimal cost. An excellent multi-task contractor with professional and reliable workers. I would recommend her company for emergency jobs. Was also told that her company offer good repainting services which I will probably use in the near future.Posted on Google![]()

Thank you to Sin Siang Huat Renovation and very much appreciated the job well done especially the quality workmanship for the 2 toilets, helping us to rectify the cause of the water seeping from the upper floor ( floor tiles crack, floor always wet) and many other tasks (painting work, replacing 5 doors, rewiring work, toilet ceiling exhaust fans) Over 2 weeks after the recent heavy rain, l noticed no water seeping the ceiling wall after the work was done at the upper floor. The cost for the renovation is very reasonable to engage them that can be trusted. This is my 4th time engage them as they are the person who are sincere and honest renovation contractor. Well done 👍Posted on Google![]()

I would like to recommend Sin Siang Huat renovation company as they are those old school with more than 40 years experience in Singapore. Out of my bundles of quotation, they are not the cheapest but they are sincere and honest especially Mr Huat. Sally who is the project manager is hard working and give valuable advice too. Engaged Sin Siang Huat to create a partition room with electrical and carpentry works. This includes a new custom bed, cabinet, fan and skirting. We also engaged them to paint our whole house. My wife and I are impressed with the professionalism and dedication that Sally and Mr Sim put in their works. Sally is a very meticulous project manager and Mr Huat is extremely patient and knowledgable. The quality of the work speaks for itself. They are easy to work with and this makes the whole renovation process a walk in the park. I highly recommend this honest local company.
